Trancoso

Trancoso, collorfull bahian village wich at the end of 82's was a simple and small place with 70 humble houses placed at the top of a hill similarly the original nucleo of the village, wich was founded on 1586.
 

Discovered by voyagers whom where looking for an alternative place. It was at the 70's. They had discovered a marvellous and perfect balance besides wonderfull nature inhabited by friendly and humble persons. By now, Trancoso is the Meka of international tourism, absorving people from all the world surffering because those foreingner influences.
 

Tourists on visiting Trancoso, becomes impressionated with the 500 years far scenery, a trip by the time, taking a walk by the "Quadrado" Square, going to the "Mirante", a very nice boulevard, where one vislumbrates a fantastic view, pride of Trancoso's native people - fantastic view of far and far no poluted beachs. All of those influences made Trancoso a place with a special life quality, a magic atmosphere of peacefulness, restaurants with international foods. anyone could be relaxed, happy and wholesom.
Beachs, natural life and bahian culture are some of its characteristics. One could, also, rent a car, motorbike or even a boat for to know neighbor small villages, as Espelho das Maravilhas, Curuípe, 3# and 4# more beautifull beachs of all the country, in agreement to "Viagem", a specialized national magazine. Besides, there are Caraiva, Corumbau, Arraial d'Ajuda, nice places to visit too.
